Cancellation Policy

"In case of cancellation, fees corresponding to the amount of one night's stay will be retained. For any cancellation made between 14 and 30 days prior to the expected arrival date, a refund equivalent to 50% of the sum of the booked nights will be returned to you. Beyond this period, the reservation becomes non-cancellable, and the full amount will remain due. Please note that refunds will be reduced by the associated bank fees."

     By providing your credit card numbers, you authorize payment of the full amount of your stay.

     We do not apply commission on credit card payments (Amex, MasterCard, Visa).

Any disagreement or dispute relating to the conditions mentioned above must be reported to us within 48 hours. After this period, no modifications can be considered. The stipulations mentioned in this letter take precedence over any other conditions stated on partner sites.
